Ollie studied Business Management and creditably graduated from Surrey in summer 2009 with BSc (Honours). From the off, Ollie would get involved in as much as possible. He signed up to Surrey Snowsports in his first year and joined the winter trips consecutively year on year. Ollie was a fast learner and developed into a highly competitive snowboard team racer and helped Surrey win several major events. Additionally, Ollie joined his friend James Clark presenting a regular GU2 radio show, as well as occasionally dining lavishly with the Food and Wine Society at University. He was also a very skilled Tennis player not only playing for the University, but also ranking highly at Worplesdon Tennis Club, local to Guildford.
A determined young professional, Ollie was developing his career as an IT Strategist and more recently a Solutions Architect for National Grid, working with many top managers and consultants. Although still living and working in Guildford, he spent a number of weeks in New York and had only recently been awarded a Manager position after numerous hard-earned training initiatives.
A loyal and very humorous person, Ollie provided an unprecedented amount of amusing memories to many people; particularly renowned for his distinctive laugh. He will be massively missed and the great times shared will never be forgotten.
